In the pandemic year, e-commerce businesses witnessed massive growth, thanks to the initial lockdown and physical distancing rules.

Earlier, what was the helplessness of shoppers to make purchases on the online platforms, has now become a full-fledged habit. Online shopping is here to stay, as the prolonged crisis has changed consumer behavior. Even with most of the in-stores now open, people prefer shopping online.

Consequently, many retailers experienced enormous growth in their online sales. Searchspring had the most explosive year to date in 2020 with a whopping 349% year-over-year growth in revenue.

The retailers and businesses don't want to stay behind in this e-commerce boom, and the digital shopping solution provider Searchspring is focused on helping such local retailers. The company offers solutions to make shopping an enjoyable and personalised experience.

The impressive customer list in the Asia-Pacific region includes Patagonia, Rip Curl, Volcom, Nourished Life, and Kathmandu. Searchspring’s integration with Magento, Shopify Plus and BigCommerce helps retailers boost revenue through high conversion rates.
