Faraj demonstrated how hyperautomation, powered by Robotic Process Automation (RPA), AI, and Machine Learning (ML), is revolutionizing banking operations worldwide, showcasing real-world examples of how these technologies streamline processes and drive operational efficiency.

Christoph Koster, Chief Executive Officer of ruya, tackled the topic of "Islamic Banking Technology: Innovations, Challenges, and Opportunities in the Digital Era."
