CTF Life "Fencing Plus" Training Programme is organised by Kai Tak Sports Initiative (KTSI), with the goals to identify children with potential in fencing and cultivate a new generation of "MyFuture Fencers", who can represent the Hong Kong team in future international competitions, through nearly two years of structured training.

Antonio Lam, Team Manager of Hong Kong Fencing Team, Asian Games Double Bronze Medallist and Olympic Games representative for the Hong Kong Fencing Team, will serve as the Head Coach of "Fencing Plus" Training Programme. The professional coaching team he leads will provide tailored instructions, analyse the potential of students, and deliver an extensive training framework, inspiring a spirit of sportsmanship in every participant.

King-shing TANG, Director (Strategic Planning) of KTSP, stated: "We are pleased with CTF Life becoming the Title Sponsor of 'Fencing Plus' Training Programme and providing generous support. We share the same vision to discover future elite athletes for Hong Kong, promote sports in the community while enhancing professionalism with athlete development, and contribute to building a healthy and vibrant community."

Man Kit IP, Chief Executive Officer of CTF Life, said: "As the exclusive Founding Insurance Partner of KTSP, CTF Life fully supports HKSAR Government in promoting local sports development, creating value beyond sportsmanship. The title sponsorship of 'Fencing Plus' not only underscores our commitment to this endeavour, but also creates opportunities for the next generation of athletes. We will continue to relentlessly innovate customer experiences to better serve a wider customer base, enriching the diverse lifestyle experiences for our customers and their loved ones throughout different stages of life's journey."

CTF Life "Fencing Plus" Training Programme provides a holistic development framework, guiding participants through a series of progressive training and competition experiences, beginning with a trial competition set to be held in the first quarter of 2025, aiming to recruit 600 promising fencing students, aged 6 to 10. Parents who are interested can register for their children by joining the CTF Life • CIRCLE membership programme. Qualified students will undergo structured training and can compete at the "Fencing Plus" Cup, where they can put learning into practice during the competition and further enhance their skills through competitive sparring. Outstanding performers in the competition will receive elite training spanning a year and a half, and the chance to get into Hong Kong Under-14 Fencing Representative Team. They will also have the opportunity to compete in the "Asian Youth Elite Fencing League", supported by CTF Life, sharing the stage with fencers from around the world. Additionally, CTF Life will partner with Kai Tak Sports Initiative to support children from underprivileged families to participate in the programme, bringing aspiring sports lovers together to promote sports in the community.

Following this collaboration, revolutionary and innovative enhancements to the CTF Life • CIRCLE membership programme will be introduced. Members will have the opportunities to take part in international sports and entertainment events, as well as community service initiatives organised or sponsored by the company, gaining access to a wealth of unique experiences. CTF Life • CIRCLE membership programme was launched by CTF Life in July 2024 and features diverse experience, lifestyle privileges and access to Chow Tai Fook Group's membership alliance.
