CEO of Coinbase, Brian Armstrong has made some big predictions regarding Bitcoin, predicting that 1 billion people will have used crypto by 2032.
Armstrong, speaking at the Milken Institute Global Conference this week, said that in ten to twenty years, a substantial portion of GDP will be happening in the crypto economy.
In the past few years, crypto has become increasingly mainstream with more and more people adopting Bitcoin, rapidly growing the wider crypto economy.

Moreover, decentralised finance or DeFi, which is where crypto technology replaces the work of traditional lenders, is now a multi billion-dollar enterprise.
Additionally, major companies, like Tesla and Facebook parent, Meta have adopted crypto, pushing it further into the mainstream.
