L'Olympique Lyonnais annonce le transfert de son milieu de terrain Maxence Caqueret au club italien de Côme pour un montant de 16,5 M€, dont 1,5 M€ de bonus, assorti d'un intéressement de 7,5% sur un éventuel futur transfert.

Arrivé en 2011 à l'OL à l'âge de 11 ans, Maxence Caqueret a gravi tous les échelons de la formation avant de rejoindre le groupe professionnel en 2019. Rapidement devenu un élément majeur de l'équipe, son ascension incarne parfaitement l'excellence de l'Academy et sa capacité à former des joueurs de très haut niveau.

Au fil des saisons, Maxence s'est distingué par son talent, son sens du collectif et son professionnalisme exemplaire, faisant de lui l'un des joueurs les plus appréciés des supporters. Son attachement indéfectible au club et son engagement constant en ont également fait une source d'inspiration pour les jeunes générations de l'Academy.

Sous le maillot lyonnais, Maxence Caqueret aura disputé 185 matches toutes compétitions confondues, dont une demi-finale de Ligue des Champions en 2020 face au Bayern Munich.
