Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - Le 12 juin/June 2025) - Eat & Beyond Global Holdings Inc. (EATS) has announced a name and symbol change to Digital Asset Technologies Inc. (DATT).

Shares will begin trading under the new name and symbol and with a new CUSIP number on June 17, 2025.
