Construction is an indicator of a nation’s economic growth. The pandemic has sparked off a prompt response by the government across the globe to upgrade infrastructure and boost their economy. Today, we have Mr Steven Boland from Acrow to discuss more on the subject. Steven Boland: Steven is the Chief Executive Officer of Acrow. In the past, he was CEO of the Melbourne Rebels Rugby Club and was responsible for the start-up phase of a Super Rugby professional sporting team. Between 2004 and 2010, Steven served as Global Executive Director (Recycling) of Visy Industries. He was Executive Director (Commercial Waste) of Veolia Environment UK from 2002 to 2004. Acrow Formwork and Construction Services Limited (ASX:ACF): Acrow is a leading hirer of formwork and scaffolding systems to large construction and civil infrastructure providers across Australia, operating a network of formwork and scaffolding branches in six states and employing approximately 280 people. The company serves a diversified customer base of around 1,300 customers. Currently, Acrow operates in 10 locations across Australia and owns over 60,000 tonnes of formwork, scaffolding and screen systems.
