Financial Performance and Growth

WhiteHawk (ASX:WHK) showcased strong financial momentum in 2024, with revenue climbing 15.6% to US$2.1M compared to the previous year. The company also significantly narrowed its net loss after income tax to US$1.8M, marking a 37.4% improvement from 2023. The fiscal year closed with a cash balance of US$1.1M, reinforcing financial stability for future initiatives.

New Contracts and Renewals Strengthen Market Position

The company secured a notable contract renewal with a leading global social media firm, valued at US$2.4M over two years, covering January 2025 to December 2026. This extension highlights continued trust in WhiteHawk’s cybersecurity solutions.

Beyond renewals, additional projects were secured with Norwich University Applied Research Institute (NUARI), a significant player in cybersecurity research. The company also actively pursued new opportunities, responding to multiple Requests for Proposals (RFPs) from key public sector clients, including the State of Ohio and the City of Atlanta.

Operational Successes and Expanding Cybersecurity Solutions

WhiteHawk successfully completed Phase 1 of the Illumination project for NUARI and has commenced the planning phase for Phase 2. Another key achievement was the completion of a paid pilot program for the University of South Florida’s Cyber Risk Analyst Platform as a Service (PaaS). The program received approval for further expansion in 2025, positioning WhiteHawk for deeper engagement in the academic and cybersecurity sectors.

Strategic Vision for Cybersecurity Talent Development

Aiming to bridge the cybersecurity skills gap, WhiteHawk is actively collaborating with the University of South Florida to equip the next generation of cybersecurity professionals. This initiative not only fosters industry-ready talent but also contributes to strengthening digital defenses across state and local infrastructure.

With a solid foundation in place, WhiteHawk continues to enhance its presence in the cybersecurity sector through strategic partnerships, expanded contract commitments, and a focus on innovation. As the demand for robust cybersecurity solutions grows, the company remains well-positioned for further advancements in the industry.
