Vection Technologies Ltd (ASX:VR1), a leader in AI and XR solutions, saw its shares climb over 20% to 2.4 cents during morning trading on December 9 following the announcement of $0.5 million worth of new contracts. The agreements, spanning industries such as luxury furniture, FMCG, and pet retail, underscore Vection's growing reputation as an industry innovator.

The contracts involve three high-profile global brands—Natuzzi, Nestlé Italiana, and Agrifarma—highlighting the scalability and adaptability of Vection’s XR solutions.

Natuzzi S.p.A.: Redefining Luxury Furniture and Real Estate
Italian luxury furniture brand Natuzzi has partnered with Vection for the first time, signing a $0.4M contract to leverage XR-enabled solutions that integrate real estate and interior design. Natuzzi, known for its high-end furniture under the Natuzzi Italia and Natuzzi Editions brands, aims to redefine customer experiences through immersive simulations and digital twin technologies.

The collaboration began immediately following the December 6, 2024 signing, with project completion expected in Q2 FY25. This partnership positions Vection's AI and XR ecosystem as a transformative force in both luxury furniture and real estate.

Nestlé Italiana S.p.A.: Scaling Immersive Retail Solutions
Nestlé, the world’s largest food and beverage company, renewed its two-year Shelfzone platform license with an Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) of $50,000. The renewed contract will see Vection develop custom 3D content integrations, point-of-purchase (POP) materials, and other assets to enhance in-store consumer engagement.

Nestlé has been leveraging Vection’s Shelfzone platform—designed for retail and FMCG industries—to visualize product placement, optimize retail strategies, and improve customer experience. This renewal reinforces the scalability of Vection’s solutions for global FMCG leaders.

Agrifarma S.p.A.: Innovating Pet Store Layouts
Italy’s leading pet store chain, Agrifarma, has joined Vection’s client roster with a $50,000 pilot project to design new store concepts using the Shelfzone platform. Known for its retail innovation under the Arcaplanet brand, Agrifarma will leverage XR technologies to enhance store layouts and customer experiences. The pilot project will commence immediately, with delivery slated for Q2 FY25.

Shelfzone: Bridging Physical and Digital Retail
Vection’s Shelfzone platform, part of its AI and XR ecosystem, offers virtual simulations of retail spaces, enabling brands to optimize product placement and enhance customer engagement. Its deployment across diverse sectors highlights its versatility and value in transforming traditional retail strategies.
