Highlights

  • Significant high-grade titanium, copper, vanadium, and PGM confirmed at Reef 1 North.
  • Mineralization extends over a 4.2-kilometer strike from surface.
  • Assay results show peak titanium at 23.6%, with further drilling planned.

Terra Metals (ASX:TM1) continues to make strides at its Dante Project in Western Australia, with recent drilling confirming extensive high-grade titanium, copper, vanadium, and platinum group metals (PGM) at the Reef 1 North target. The latest assays highlight a robust mineralization system, reinforcing the scale and potential of the project.

Broad Titanium-Rich Zones Identified

Recent extensional drilling has significantly expanded the understanding of the mineralized system at Reef 1 North. The results have confirmed thick, high-grade titanium zones within the hanging wall, now mapped across a 4.2-kilometer strike length from surface.

Assays from this drilling phase returned peak values of 23.6% titanium, 1.72 g/t PGM (platinum, palladium, and gold), 0.38% copper, and 1.08% vanadium, reinforcing the project's strong mineralization profile.

Growing Resource Potential

The company has also undertaken additional drilling at Reef 2, with results from 13 drill holes still pending. These infill zones could provide further clarity on the resource size and grade.

Additionally, a diamond drill hole, supported by an Exploration Incentive Scheme grant, has tested a key geological contact within the Cronus intrusion. This drill hole intersected 407.7 meters of mafic taxite and pegmatite, a unique rock formation not previously seen at the Dante Project.

Notable Assay Results

The latest results from Reef 1 North include:

  • 79m at 8.8% titanium from 8m, including 25m at 11% titanium and 0.2% copper, with a high-grade section of 5m at 19.5% titanium, 0.7 g/t PGM, 0.25% copper, and 0.79% vanadium from 81m.
  • 73m at 8.4% titanium from 48m, including 5m at 19.4% titanium, 0.83 g/t PGM, 0.29% copper, and 0.83% vanadium from 116m.
  • 69m at 8.6% titanium from 38m, featuring 5m at 20.3% titanium, 0.96 g/t PGM, 0.24% copper, and 0.86% vanadium from 102m.
  • 24m at 10.2% titanium from surface, with a high-grade section of 5m at 17.5% titanium, 0.24% copper, and 0.65% vanadium from 19m.

Next Steps

With strong mineralization confirmed across multiple zones, Terra Metals (TM1) is gearing up for additional exploration. The remaining assay results from Reef 2 will provide further insights, while plans for follow-up shallow drilling are underway to expand on these promising discoveries.

The ongoing success at the Dante Project positions it as a significant emerging asset in Western Australia's mineral-rich landscape, with titanium, copper, and PGMs playing a crucial role in critical industries worldwide.
