  • Sprintex’s compressors support ammonia emissions reduction in European agriculture

Sprintex (ASX:SIX), a Perth-based innovative blower manufacturer, has achieved a significant milestone by securing a $17.5 million order for its G Series blowers. This record-breaking agreement comes from Air End Repair, a leading industrial air solutions provider, for exclusive distribution across the UK.

The five-year deal marks a transformative move for Sprintex, cementing its foothold in the UK industrial sector. The agreement begins with an initial order worth $125,750 and includes options for mutual extensions.

The latest contract contributes to $30 million in global minimum orders for Sprintex, following successful distribution agreements in Türkiye and India. The company continues to witness strong international demand for its energy-efficient blower solutions.

Exclusive Partnership in India

Sprintex further solidified its global presence by appointing Euroteck Environmental as the exclusive distributor for its G Series blowers in India. The three-year agreement, valued at $7.16 million, follows successful trials of the G15 jet blowers, which showcased their ability to meet operational demands across India’s expanding industries.

Euroteck plans to retrofit up to 3,000 existing systems and locally assemble blowers to offer cost-effective solutions tailored to the regional market. Euroteck executives are also set to visit Sprintex’s manufacturing facility in China to explore additional opportunities for collaboration.

The Indian turbo blower market, estimated at over $150 million in 2024, presents considerable challenges with high upfront costs. Sprintex’s solutions aim to address these challenges while promoting industrial efficiency and sustainability.

Advanced Technology for Agriculture

Sprintex also made strides in agricultural technology with its collaboration with Dutch company Mest Water. The partnership focuses on ZLD-UP (zero liquid discharge universal process) technology, which targets ammonia emissions reduction in livestock farming.

Following successful hot environment testing under high inlet temperatures, Sprintex will deliver 400 custom compressors, with the first 20 units underway under a $1 million contract. Mest Water’s technology, supported by Sprintex’s advanced compressors, provides energy-efficient solutions that meet stringent European environmental regulations.

The collaboration is poised to benefit thousands of livestock farms across Europe by reducing ammonia emissions while ensuring economic viability.

Sprintex’s strategic partnerships and expansion into key markets like the UK, India, and Europe highlight its growing leadership in industrial and agricultural solutions globally.
