Sprintex (ASX:SIX) is advancing its presence in the Turkish market with a significant expansion of its distribution agreement, securing a new order worth approximately $377,000. This order, placed by Turkish distributor Net 0 Enerji, is for Sprintex’s latest high-capacity G Series jet blowers tailored for smaller-scale applications. The development builds on a previous $5.8 million three-year agreement, which has now been extended through to June 2029, with the total minimum order value increased to $9.97 million.
This expanded contract marks a strategic step for Sprintex as it aligns with the company's production ramp-up of new blower models, including the G25 (25kW), G37 (37kW), and others up to 110kW, expected to hit the market by October. These blowers are engineered to meet the demands of municipal wastewater plants and large industrial operations, where energy use is notably high.
Net 0 Enerji, which focuses on energy monitoring and management systems, will be responsible for implementing the G Series systems across Türkiye and assessing their energy-saving performance. The firm has also appointed HCP Pompa Sistemleri, a subsidiary of ASM Water Treatment Technologies Inc., as a dealer. This addition offers Sprintex deeper access to municipal and industrial wastewater treatment projects across the country.
The larger G Series blowers offer significant revenue potential due to their higher pricing—roughly four to five times more than existing G15 units. While G15 projects typically range between $15,000 and $69,000, the newer, larger models are expected to command project values over $308,000. Additionally, these systems are eligible for Turkish government incentives, with grants covering up to 30% of project costs, capped at $842,000, provided the installation results in at least 150kW energy savings.
Sprintex’s expansion in Türkiye comes at a time when the country's demand for sustainable and energy-efficient technologies is accelerating. This aligns with broader market trends seen in high-growth segments within the ASX200, where energy innovation and clean technology remain key themes driving investor interest.
As the company introduces its new suite of products and taps into government-backed incentives, Sprintex is positioning itself to take advantage of growing global demand for efficient energy solutions while expanding its international reach.
