Additionally, his five years at Merrill Lynch Equities are a testament to his extensive expertise in the equity markets. He has also served in the roles of Managing Director and Non-Executive Chairman for many ASX-listed resource companies.
Mr Michael Clifford, Executive Director and CEO
Mr Michael Clifford, a geologist with more than three decades of experience in the exploration industry, is the Executive Director and CEO of ZNC. In the past, Mr Clifford has held several eminent positions for technical and business development operations. He has played a central role in the exploration of many important metal commodities.
His other experiences include international exploration and exposure to mining and exploration across several countries including the US, Indonesia, Brazil, Mexico, and Mongolia.

In addition, he is well-versed with various aspects of financing associated with mining like mining project finance, and mining and milling contract negotiations.
Notably, Mr Nicholas Ong is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia and is presently serving as a Company Secretary of many companies listed on the ASX.
