It increases visibility, safety and compliance, vehicle utilisation and improves customer service and satisfaction, eventually reduce operating costs of clients.
- Homecare Services
The optimised communication system enables healthcare providers to deliver real-time care service updates for clients and their families, thereby keeping them informed with the service bookings and expected delivery timings. The platform tracks live status updates that can be streamed on any mobile device.
- Managed Aged and Disabled Transport Services
The Company delivers transport functions as an active provider (manages fleet and rents fleet vehicles from licensees). The fleets are effortlessly managed and allocated on priority levels with overflow settings. ODA’s optimisation process offers a technical advantage to supervise and deploy people, vehicles as well as transport services.
- Healthcare Transport Services

ODA’ transport logistics solutions cater to manufacturers and distributors and is effective in field service. It supports client deliveries, collections, installations and inspections that either run their own fleet, or require fleets as a by-product of their clients core business.
The transport logistics solutions optimise fleet’s schedule to ensure full operational and service-level compliance delivery efficiently while adhering to operational and customer service rules. The solution is based on cloud SaaS architecture and ensures visibility and control of future schedules, with real-time views and notifications of in-field progress to external and internal stakeholders, when integrated with ODA’s customised mobility solution.

- Scheduling, Planning & Management
Through the tech-savvy solution, schedulers have the flexibility to optimise a fleet with compliant schedules and create manual schedules easily. The optimisation software is custom-made to the client’s operation’s unique rules, KPIs and operational variables. Moreover, the expert management team employs their specialist supply-chain knowledge to design and improve key project processes.
- Mobility & Visibility
The solution enables stakeholders in monitoring the progress of schedules, worker location information and order fulfilment status on a real-time basis on a live map with the option to revert to exceptions. Share Price Information
The ODA stock last quoted at $0.200 on 30 January 2020. The Company has a market cap of $21.71 million and, its stock has generated returns of 8.11% in the past six months.
The solutions of ODA enable users to substantially reduce their costs while achieving operational efficiency. The company witnessed the doubling of customer receipts in the last quarter of FY19, indicating a significant achievement for Orcoda Limited.
Results for the quarter ended 31 December 2019, show the Company is in a growth phase with results showing the Company was cash flow positive by $503k from operating activities and increased cash over last quarter by 26% from $1.68m last quarter to $2.12m this quarter, without further capital raising. Customer revenues increased by 250% compared with last quarter. Pleasingly, the consolidated entity also made an EBITDA profit of $220k (unaudited) this quarter.
The Healthcare division was the major contributor to consolidated profit, with an operating profit of $607k for the quarter. Due to recent license sales, the Company now has Community Transport vehicles operating in Brisbane, Sunshine Coast as well as the Gold Coast. In mid-January, Orcoda launched operations of its Community Transport in Melbourne and management plan to launch in Sydney over the coming months.
