The company recently shared its investor presentation with the market and highlighted its investment opportunity, wherein it is aiming to target the undervalued but significant mining assets located in Tier-1 Jurisdictions of North America.

Cherie Leeden (Founder and previously the Managing Director of Battery Minerals), having extensive experience in the domain, leads the project generation team to evaluate the large-scale mining and brownfield exploration assets as a step towards TNT’s target. She has been appointed to the Board of TNT Mines as a Technical Advisor to lead the project generation strategy in North America.

Cherie has over 18 years of experience with a focus on natural resource development. She is said to have a strong relationship with North American end users and is dedicated to defining ethically sourced economic resources.

TNT will now have access to the Project Generator team and project pipeline of Cherie Leeden. At present, the project generation team has about 20 advanced projects under assessment for potential acquisition.

Reasons for choosing North America over other locations

TNT selected North America over any other location as there has been a lack of capital market funding from places like the USA and Canada. Moreover, due to years of red tape and bureaucracy, the space has remained unexplored and is said to be extremely prospective. In addition, North America is also characterised by exceptional infrastructure facilities, be it railways, mills, electricity, gas, highways, etc. Good taxation and permitting regime also led TNT to choose the location.

Projects by TNT

Pelley Ridge Project – This was the first project by TNT and has an excellent land setting that covers 2,000 hectares and lies 12 km south-east of Hot Springs, Montana. Below the large gossan zone, it is said to have significant Zinc anomalism and ore-grade intercepts. It is a world-class location and a drill ready high-grade zinc target. The project has a setting resembling the world-class Sullivan deposit. Despite extremely significant intercepts, very limited work has been done on the project.

Tasmanian TIN and Tungsten Assets – TNT has 100% ownership of two tin and tungsten projects in north-eastern Tasmania. The Aberfoyle Project is the primary property among the projects and lies 57 kms South East of Launceston. It undertakes exploration activities targeting tin-tungsten mineralisation. The second project in the area is the Great Pyramid Project.

Road Ahead

TNT is planning to conduct a surface IP geophysical program to identify the drill targets. It aims to identify structural controls to mineralisation and vector for enormous sulphide drill targets. The company will commence diamond drilling of key plunge targets in June-July 2019.

The company’s stock last traded on May 21, 2019, at a price of $0.100, with a market capitalisation of $3.05 million. As per ASX, the company is currently having a P/E ratio of 8.850x.
