Mr Moller was appointed as a Non-Executive Director on 30 January 2007 and Non-Executive Chairman on 1 January 2017. Currently, he is a partner with HopgoodGanim Lawyers and practices corporate law, specifically concerning mergers & acquisitions, capital raising, as well as corporate restructuring.
Mr Moller works for various publicly listed companies from Australiaâs resources and industrial sectors, and regularly provides advisory to boards of directors on corporate governance and associated matters. He has served as a director in the following ASX-listed companies in the past three years-

Mr Nolan began his tenure with Platina Resources on 1 August 2018 as an accomplished mining executive and experienced public company director with more than 25 yearsâ experience across acquisition, funding, exploration and development activities of resource projects.
Prior to Platina, Mr Nolan served as the CEO at Sayona Mining Limited. He made immense contributions to the exploration, negotiation, due diligence and financing of the Canada-based Authier lithium projectâs acquisition. Thereafter, he supervised Authier lithium resourceâs expansion, several metallurgical testing programs, and PFS and DFS. During his tenure, Sayonaâs market cap considerably expanded, while he also led significant capital raisings to fund the work programs.

Dr Hartleyâs tenure with Platina Resources as a Non-Executive Director commenced on 1 January 2017 and he has served as an Executive Director since 5 January 2018.
Dr Hartley brought a wealth of experience of 40 years in the mining industry across a variety of roles relating to management and development of mining and metallurgical operations. His most recent engagement was with Bloom Energy for five years as a Technical Director Strategic Materials, where he led a team that established secure and efficient supplies of scandium oxide for US-based manufacturing operations.
His prior engagements were with BHP Billiton and its predecessor Billiton, while he also worked as an independent consultant. Through his career, he has been based in the Netherlands, UK, India and the US and worked on projects in different countries.
- John Anderson, LL.B, B.Ec, GDCL, GAICD, Non-Executive Director
Mr Anderson joined the company as a Non-Executive Director on 9 April 2018 and he brought a wealth of over 20 yearsâ experience in the gas industry including 12 years in senior executive roles at Santos Limited. He was also a director of Darwin LNG for over 8 years.
At Santos, Mr Anderson was responsible for leading strategic projects, business development, mergers & acquisitions, commercial marketing and trading activities. He also headed two business units of the company in Western Australia and the Northern territory, while in Asia Pacific, he held charge of all activities including exploration, development, through to operations and sales.
In addition to Australia, Mr Anderson acquired extensive experience in the international Asian energy markets where he led businesses for many years including Santosâ significant investments in Malaysia, Vietnam, Bangladesh, PNG and Indonesia. He also worked on LNG projects and commercialisation of domestic gas in the Asia-Pacific region.

Appointed as the Company Secretary (CS) on 1 June 2016, Mr Jurman is a certified practising accountant, holding an experience of more than 15 years. He also served as a non-executive director of the company during 5 January 2018-16 August 2018.
Mr Jurman has also offered services during his company secretarial and financial roles for a diverse range of public listed companies in Australia. Additionally, he is also a CS of ASX-listed Carnavale Resources Limited.
