There are nearly 20 initial public offerings (IPOs) which are scheduled to be listed in the month of June. The companies involved belong to sectors ranging from mineral exploration to agri-tech.
In 2021, more than 240 companies launched their IPOs, making it a record year for public listings. Nearly 35 odd firms are expected to list on the stock exchange before 2022-end (data as of 12 January 2022).
However, these listing dates are speculative, and investors should contact the company directly for further clarity.
Here we discuss five companies which are set to list their IPOs in April 2022:
Firetail Resources (ASX:FTL)
Firetail Resources is an explorer of lithium, rubidium, nickel, cobalt, copper and gold.
The explorer holds tenements in Queensland and Western Australia and lithium rights to certain tenements in the Yalgoo Lithium province.
Firetail Resources has undertaken an AU$8.12-million public offering at AU$0.25 issue price. It plans to list on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) on 4 April 2022.
International Graphite (ASX:IG6)
International Graphite is an Australian manufacturer which supplies high-quality graphite products to international markets. The company is establishing an integrated production facility at Collie in Western Australia.
According to the company’s official website, “IG is also developing a pilot plant to progress production and sales of battery anode material (BAM) to supply the exploding global market for Lithium-ion batteries.”
International Graphite has undertaken an AU$10-million public offering at a AU$0.20 issue price. It plans to list on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) on 5 April 2022.
Microba Life Sciences (ASX:MAP)
Microba Life Sciences is a commercial-stage company with leading technology for measuring the human gut microbiome.
It delivers gut microbiome testing services globally to consumers, clinicians and researchers and drives the discovery and development of novel therapeutics for major chronic diseases.
Microba Life Sciences has undertaken an AU$30-million public offering at a AU$0.45 issue price. It plans to list on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) on 5 April 2022.
Finder Energy Holdings Ltd (ASX:FDR)
Finder is an oil and gas explorer.
According to the company’s official website, “Finder has built a substantial acreage portfolio of highly prospective exploration permits in two of the world’s premier hydrocarbon basins, the Northwest Shelf of Australia and the United Kingdom North Sea.”
Finder Energy has undertaken a AU$15-million public offering at a AU$0.20 issue price. It plans to list on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) on 8 April 2022.
Osmond Resources (ASX:OSM)
Osmond Resources is an early-stage mineral explorer and developer.
The company focuses on gold and base metals discoveries within projects located in South Australia and Victoria.
Osmond Resources has undertaken a AU$5-million public offering at a AU$0.20 issue price. It plans to list on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) on 8 April 2022.
