Tempest Minerals Ltd (ASX:TEM) has announced an encouraging development at the Remorse Target within the Yagloo project. Recent surface sampling has significantly expanded the copper and zinc footprint, cementing the ~5km x 1.5km coherent anomaly identified earlier.
This promising development has enhanced the overall prospectivity of the target.
Tempest is preparing to launch a 5,000-metre reverse circulation (RC) drilling program to further investigate these positive findings. Earthworks for the drilling operations are nearly complete, with drilling set to begin once the contracted drill rig arrives on-site.
The next steps include finalising drill pad and access earthworks, with RC drilling anticipated to start soon and results expected in early Q4 2024.
The share price of TEM was AU$0.010 on 16 August 2024.
