Highlights
- Raiden has completed 28 drill holes, covering 7,041 metres, at the Andover South Lithium Project.
- Drilling to date has identified two distinct pegmatite systems.
- In Target Areas 1 & 2, significant pegmatite intersections have been encountered, ranging from 1 to 15 metres in thickness.
- The Southern Structural Trend, an unexplored larger structure, has been identified as a high-priority target.
- Upcoming plans include structural analysis, field mapping, and drill testing across new target zones.
Raiden Resources Limited (ASX:RDN) has released assay results from its maiden diamond drilling program at the Andover South Lithium Project in Western Australia. So far, 28 drill holes totalling 7,041 metres have been completed, and the drilling campaign has defined two distinct pegmatite systems.
In Target Area 7, the pegmatites are hosted within mafic and ultramafic units, while in Target Areas 1, 2, and 3, they are found within an unaltered gabbro host unit.
Findings at Target Area 7
In Target Area 7, four drill holes have been completed, with all intersecting multiple pegmatites. However, no significant mineralisation has been reported.
Raiden believes that further exploration to the south along the strike of this area may uncover additional mineralisation potential, which will be the focus of future field programs.
Results from Target Areas 1 and 2
In Target Areas 1 and 2, all 23 drill holes intersected pegmatites, with thickness ranging from less than 1 metre to up to 15 metres. Initial evaluations suggest that the pegmatites in these areas are hosted within an extensional zone of a structural framework. Ongoing assessments and modelling indicate that the larger and untested structure, referred to as the “Southern Structural Trend,” may lie south of the currently drilled area.

- ASDD022 4.56M @ 1.16 Li2O%
