Cyprium Metals (ASX:CYM) has appointed Mr John Featherby as Non-Executive Director of the company, with immediate effect. Mr Featherby will be replacing Mr Nicholas Rowley.
With immense experience in the stockbroking and wealth management industry, Mr Featherby will be a great asset for Cyprium. He holds expertise in building corporate relations, securing finance, as well as business development. Such skills will play a major role in keeping up with the strategic review of Cymerus on all assets of the firm. The company has agreed to pay him a salary of AU$60,000 per annum for serving the firm as Non-Executive Director.
Mr Featherby joined EurozHartleys (formerly Hartley Poynton) in 1987 from State Treasury, wherein he got promoted to take charge as its Director in 2003. He was later appointed as the Chairman of the company in 2018 for about seven years.
