In the latest announcement, Cooper Metals Limited (ASX: CPM) has revealed new findings from the ongoing diamond drill program at Mt Isa East Project’s King Solomon 1 copper – gold prospect.

Out of the four diamond holes planned, the company has completed two with visual sulphides logged in both holes. All the diamond drill holes have been designed with the objective of targeting high-grade portions of Cu-Au mineralisation near three reverse circulation drill holes.

Share price jumps over 8%

Triggered by the update, CPM shares gained over 8% to trade at AU$0.130 at the time of writing on 31 August 2023.
