Acquisition of Yerilgee and Evanston greenstone belt projects
CTN has signed an acquisition agreement with a subsidiary of Dreadnought Resources Limited (DRE) to acquire projects in the Yerilgee and Evanston greenstone belts. Located in the Yilgarn Craton, the project area spans over 650 km² and covers 65 km of strike along both belts.
The Yerilgee Greenstone Belt hosts three main gold targets—T6, T8, and T11—each with proven mineralisation and several high-grade intercepts, offering further drilling potential. Similarly, the Evanston Greenstone Belt features two key gold targets—T1 and T2—both with proven mineralisation and high-grade intercepts, still underexplored.

Notably, reconnaissance drill traverses 100m and 200m south of LVAC049 encountered mineralisation, confirming the extent of the gold anomaly.
Drilling also expanded the area of anomalous REE mineralisation related to mafic intrusions near magnetic anomalies.
Laverton Project expansion
CTN further expanded its presence in the Laverton area by securing tenement E38/3847, located near the Burtville Gold Mine. E38/3847 lies within a bulk tonnage gold mineralisation system exceeding 1Moz but remains underexplored due to inconsistent historical drilling.Lachlan Fold Belt Project Update
A two-hole diamond drilling program at the Rock Lodge Project in the Lachlan Fold Belt, NSW, has been completed. The diamond drilling, totalling 351m (NQ core), intersected broad alteration zones with quartz-sulphide veining and brecciation, following up on previous gold mineralisation. Assays for gold and multi-element analysis are pending.
CTN shares traded at AU$0.003 per share on 21 January 2025.
