Cannindah Resources Limited (ASX:CAE) has announced the appointment of Mr. John Morrison to its board. Mr. Morrison is the CEO and co-founder of Swilken Capital, an alternative asset investment firm, and the Executive Chairman and co-founder of Portside Credit Partners, a private credit investment firm.

With over three decades of experience in investment banking, Mr. Morrison has advised numerous companies in the resources industry. He has also served as a director for several ASX-listed companies, including a mining company.

Mr. Morrison holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) and an MBA.

Commenting on the appointment, CAE Chairman Michael Hansel stated, “We are pleased to welcome John to the Board. His experience within the investment community and deep knowledge of the Company assets will benefit the Company and its shareholders as we move into the next stage of the Company’s development.”  

CAE shares trade higher

At the time of writing on 06 February 2025, CAE shares were trading at AUD 0.043, reflecting a gain of over 10%.
