ASX-listed mineral exploration company Ark Mines Ltd (ASX: AHK) has made a new addition to its Board. The company has appointed Mr Ian White as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
An FCPA by profession, Mr White holds more than four decades of business experience. Presently, he is also serving the role of a Director at Professional Edge Pty Ltd, a firm engaged in offering professional services to junior listed as well as unlisted resource exploration companies.
Through Professional Edge Pty Ltd, Mr White has offered a great amount of support to Ark Mines Ltd since 2012, in terms of finance and accounting. He will serve as AHK’s CFO on a part-time basis.
Shares rise 40.91% YTD
The company stock has gained over 40% on a year-to-date basis. In the past six months, AHK share price has seen a jump of more than 10%. Its shares last traded at AU$0.31 on 27 April 2023, with a market capitalisation of AU$13.83 million.
