More on latest development
Altech, which is progressing toward launching its patented technology in the market, is constructing a pilot plant next to the planned project site. The construction of the 10,000tpa Silumina Anodes™ plant would be in Germany's Saxony (Schwarze Pumpe Industrial Park). At the pilot plant, Altech has completed works related to power supply, front-end wet circuit infrastructure, laboratory, and building modifications.
During the last quarter, ATC had finished the electrical panel infrastructure construction. The laboratory is now going through commissioning. This will assist the company in testing and analysis pf its Silumina Anodes™ product. The on-site glove box would help in the manufacturing process of li-ion battery coin half cells (used in testing Silumina Anodes™). Through these processes, Altech will obtain data to determine its product's performance characteristics.
