Empired Limited subsidiary has secured $9 million plus contract to develop customer experience digital transformation programme for the Department of Internal Affairs, New Zealand. The term of contract is 5 years with 2 years extension option.

Under this contract, wholly owned New Zealand subsidiary of Empired, Intergen Limited will deliver two core components for the development of DIAâs Te Ara Manaaki transformation programme. It will include the delivery of Customer Centered management solution and customer identity and access management solution along with the assistance of additional services throughout the life of DIAâs programme.
The government of New Zealand is running a transformation program called Te Ara Manaaki which enables New Zealanders to interact directly with the department and access government services through online and mobile platforms as and when required.
It has been reported that prior to the execution of contract completion on 11 September 2018, Information Technology provider Empired has started working on the programme.
Ahead of becoming the significant part of New Zealandâs government project, Empired Limitedâs share price surged up by 2.752% to $0.560 on 14 September 2018 (3:16 PM AEST).
