Esports Mogul Limited (ASX: ESH) has announced today that Team Secret™ is all set to launch their Branded Hub on Mogul which includes two tiers of exclusive paid subscriptions as part of their new tournament series.

Being a leading-ranked esports team in the world and in terms of title and prize winning, Team Secret™ competes across several popular esports games such as CS:GO, Fortnite, Rainbow Six, Dota 2 and Player Unknown’s Battlegrounds Mobile (PUBG Mobile).

The launch of Branded Hub will attract more than two million fans to Mogul’s platform. Secret Stars will be hosted via Branded Hub and will run for more than 12 months.

Cost of Subscriptions

The Secret Stars series will open in Europe and Southeast Asia and offers free membership option and two paid monthly subscriptions tiers. A subscriber can purchase first tier, ‘Triple Pass for US$4.50 which allows them to enter in three ticketed tournaments in a month and access to custom chat badge.

The second subscriptions, All-star, requires a subscriber to pay US$5.0 for the period of 30 days, in which the player can receive access to unlimited ticketing tournaments with some added features.

60 per cent of revenue received from paid subscription offerings would be kept with the company.

ESH’s Strategic Partnership with the with Mineski Global

On 19 December 2019, ESH notified about a strategic partnership along with Mineski Global. A few highlights from the announcement-

  • Mogul has entered a five-year strategic partnership with Mineski, which is the largest esports organisation in Southeast Asia
  • The company will be the primary online platform for all the Mineski events in Southeast Asia
  • Mineski will explore roll out Mogul’s Platform on franchised cybercafes across the region
  • The partnership between the company and Mineski will target ~200 million video gamers in Southeast Asia
  • The company will retain 50 per cent of the revenue earned through event, tournament and sponsorships
  • Both companies will collaborate on the development of additional revenue streams
  • Mineski expects to launch its Branded Hub and start joint marketing activities by the second quarter of 2020.

The stock of ESH last traded flat at $0.009 on ASX on 16 January 2020. The company has approximately 2.03 billion outstanding shares and a market cap of $18.28 million. The 52-week low and high value of the stock is $0.008 and $0.022, respectively. The stock has generated a negative return of 38.46 per cent in the last six months.
