Highlights:
Additional high-grade tungsten mineralization identified through re-assaying at Western Queen.
A JORC-compliant maiden tungsten mineral resource estimate is expected by the following year.
Metallurgical studies initiated to refine tungsten processing strategies.
The Western Queen project, operated by Rumble Resources (ASX:RTR), continues to show further progress in the discovery of critical minerals. Recent re-assaying efforts have highlighted high-grade tungsten occurrences, aligning with ongoing gold mining developments at the site. This exploration effort contributes to the broader development of the region’s resource landscape.
New Tungsten Intercepts Identified
Analysis of previously drilled core samples has provided confirmation of tungsten mineralization, with high-grade intercepts recorded. Among these, an intercept measuring several meters revealed a notable concentration of tungsten trioxide. Additionally, visible scheelite, a primary tungsten mineral, has been identified in all examined historical core samples, reinforcing the presence of tungsten mineralization across the site. This development has generated significant interest in Mining Stock, as investors recognize the potential value of the deposit.
Resource Expansion and Development Plans
The Western Queen remains an active exploration area with continued evaluations aimed at further defining its mineral resource potential. The Western Queen South region has been identified as a primary area of interest, with additional drilling and tungsten assay reviews planned. Rumble Resources is working towards the completion of a JORC-compliant mineral resource estimate within the next year. Concurrently, metallurgical studies are underway to establish effective methods for tungsten recovery and processing.
Parallel Gold Exploration Efforts
Exploration at the Western Queen also includes continued efforts in gold resource expansion. Current drilling programs involve thousands of meters of reverse circulation and diamond drilling, targeting additional lodes and deeper extensions within the Western Queen South region. These efforts are designed to enhance resource understanding while complementing the tungsten discoveries.
Progress in Multi-Resource Development
With new high-grade tungsten findings alongside ongoing gold exploration, the Western Queen project remains an area of significant resource evaluation. Exploration and metallurgical assessments continue to guide development strategies, contributing to a broader understanding of the site’s mineral composition.
