Management

Patricia (Trish) Farr- Company Secretary

Trish Farr, who is an experienced Chartered Secretary, has vast experience of 17 years in the exploration and mining industry in the areas of administration, compliance, and corporate governance. Ms Farr since the listing of the uranium junior Energy Metals Limited in 2005 served its company secretary till 2010. Whereas between 2013-14, she remained as the company secretary in Fox Resources Ltd.
Currently, at Jindalee Resources Limited, she serves both as a Director and the Company Secretary. Ms Farr is the Australian Institute of Company Directors’ graduate member. She is an associate member of the Governance Institute of Australia (formerly called Chartered Secretaries Australia) and Chartered Secretaries & Administrators.
Glenn Martin- Chief Geologist
BSc (Hons), MAusIMM, SEG
With the experience of over 20 years in the exploration and mining, Glenn Martin is the Chief Geologist at Musgrave Resources. Multiple-commodity centric expertise of Mr Martin incorporates working on gold, nickel, copper, and manganese.
The Geology Graduate (Honours) from the University of Wollongong has worked throughout Australia, South America, and Asia.
Senior exploration and Mining roles were held by Mr Martin in SinoGold, Shaw River Resources, Normandy Mining (now Newmont) and De Grey Mining before he joined Musgrave. He has also worked for a range of companies as an independent consultant. At the Indonesia-based discovery of the Martabe Au-Ag deposit, Mr Martin was instrumental and has also led the exploration teams throughout Australia, China, Indonesia, and South America.

Graham Ascough- Chairman, Non-Executive Director

Graham Ascough is a geophysicist by training and has more than 25 years exploration industry expertise involving the evaluation of the mineral projects and resources in Australia as well as overseas. Mr Ascough is the Non-Executive Chairman of Phoenix Copper Ltd, Avalon Minerals Ltd and ASX-listed Mithril Resources Limited (ASX:MTH).
He worked at major Canadian resources house, Falconbridge Limited as the Australian manager of nickel and PGM exploration before he joined Musgrave and Mithril Resources. Falconbridge in 2006 was acquired by Xstrata Plc.
Mr Ascough’s broad array of industry engagement consists of setting up of strategic direction for noteworthy nation-wide exploration programs where is performed a prominent role. He has also worked directly alongside the Junior explorers enhancing the richness of his exploration expertise.
He is a Professional Geoscientist of Ontario in Canada as well as the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy member.
Robert Waugh- Managing Director

Robert Waugh holds experience of more than 25 years in the resources sector which includes over 10 years in the Musgrave region. He was a critical member of the exploration team of the WMC Resources Limited. The team at West Musgrave in 2000 discovered the vast Nebo and Babel (nickel/copper/PGM) deposits. Subsequently, he also was the Project Manager of the team that was involved in defining the Nebo-Babel initial resource.
Senior exploration management roles were held by Mr Waugh at various companies which includes BHP Billiton Exploration Limited (BHP), WMC Resources Limited (WMC), Fusion Resources Limited, Raisama Limited, and Cameco Australia Limited.
He spent around 20 years with WMC and then BHP, post it took over WMC in 2005. Diverse commodity centric broad exploration and mining involvements for gold, copper, nickel, uranium, and platinum group metals bolsters Mr Waugh expertise areas.
From the University of Western Australia, Mr Waugh holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology as Majors. He has done his Master in Mineral Economics from the Western Australian School of Mines and Curtin University. Robert Waugh is a Member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists. He is also a Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.
Kelly Ross- Non-Executive Director
BBus, CPA, GradDipCSP
Kelly Ross is a qualified accountant and Chartered Secretary with more than 25 years of mining industry experience. Mrs Ross has done her Bachelor of Business in Accounting and holds CPA designation from the Australian Society of Certified Practicing Accountants.
From 1987 to 2007, she has served as a senior accountant at Resolute Ltd. During the same time span, Resolute became the yellow-metal producer in Tanzania, Ghana and at several Western Australian mines.
For a decade (2001-2011), she was the Company Secretary and for 12 years (2002 to 2014) she was a Director at Independence Group NL (ASX:IGO). IGO commenced mining at the Long Nickel Mine and listed on the ASX in 2002. On 24th December 2014, Mrs Ross retired from the Independence Group NL Board.
On 14th December 2018, she was appointed on the board of Yandal Resources Ltd as a Non-Executive Director, which listed on the ASX on the same date. Mrs Ross, who is the Audit Committee Chairman was appointed on 26th May 2020 as the Director of Musgrave Minerals.
John Percival- Non-Executive Director
The Verde Science Inc.’s current non-executive director, John Percival has been engaged in merchant and investment banking for over 25 years. The period includes 15 years’ experience as an investment banker of Barclays Bank New Zealand Limited. Furthermore, he has extensive experience in corporate finance, stockbroking, and investment management.
