Exploration using Modern Techniques- airborne magnetic and radiometric survey
Kaiser also announced the commencement of a large-scale, high-resolution airborne magnetic and radiometric survey on the exploration ground. Understanding the requirements of the Stuart Town project, Kaiser has initiated the maiden exploration program to identify the prospective gold mineralisation and prioritise the targets for the drilling program. The historical exploration data was evaluated and was understood as to low a resolution to prioritise the drilling targets as per KAU’s standards.

The interpretation of the historical exploration data led to the creation of geophysical data, one of which aimed to explain the large historic gold mines, came out as the mines were originally sourced and migrated from the felsic intrusion and porphyry mineralisation bodies. The intrusions are understood to be structurally controlled and placed within the host rocks.
A magnetic survey is an established and one of the most reliant exploratory tools in the identification of the underground structure. Additionally, the radiometric survey will assist in the mapping of the visible surface and superficial rocks and alterations, helping further in targeting desired mineralisation. Halos such as Pleochroic halos indicating the presence of certain minerals and alterations can be identified as a result of the radiometric surveys.

The historical exploration data includes detailed soil sampling results and ground mapping covering extensive gold, arsenic and antimony data. The airborne survey would be completed in a few days, upon which the data will be processed in close co-ordination of Resource Potentials, interpreting the results leading to the identification of the priority targets forming the fundamental ground for the drilling plan.
Kaiser is well informed on the outbreak of COVID-19 and remains committed to the health and safety of its employees, agents, contractors and the entire community. Currently, Kaiser is moving forward with the key activities but understands that the outbreak might slow down some of the exploration activities.

Snowden, the independent mining consultant to the project, considered the Stuart Town project geologically similar to the 6 million-ounce Ravenswood. The onboarding of an experienced contractor such as Resource Potentials is essential for the progress of the gold project and will help generate value for the company, shareholders and the region.
