WTC Acquires South Korean Solutions Provider, Ready Korea

WiseTech Global (ASX: WTC), a global logistics solutions company, has acquired South Korean customs solutions provider, Ready Korea. Ready Korea is headquartered in Seoul and it offers cross-border compliance solutions, which helps the lodgement of electronic transactions to the Korean Customs Service.

  • Ready Korea will also provide a trade administration solution to facilitate the submission and generation of electronic import/export documentation;
  • Ready Korea has customers like FedEx, Bayer Korea, Samsung, Siemens etc.

At AEST 01:19PM, the stock was trading at $25.460 per share, down by 0.741% from its previous close.
