  1. Worley Limited (ASX: WOR) has signed a joint venture (JV) agreement with the Atomic Energy Development Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan (Uzatom). The JV is incorporated as Uzatom Worley Engineering LLC and will form the engineering and project management organization of Uzatom. The JV will offer
  • Engineering services for nuclear power facilities and nuclear infrastructure in Uzbekistan.
  • Expert evaluation, project management as well as consulting services to Uzatom and other clients.
  1. Worley has been awarded a contract by Sasol South Africa (Pty) Ltd (Sasol) as one of the engineering contractor partners for services to the Sasol Secunda Synfuels facility.

As per the contract, the company would be offering services for engineering, procurement and construction services from front?end to project conclusion for the capital project portfolio of Sasol.

At AEST: 1:43 PM, Worley shares are trading at $15.060, up 2.729% from its closing price.
