Viva Energy Extends Automotive Retail Fuels Contract with Shell International AG

Viva Energy Group Limited (ASX: VEA) extends its licence with Shell Brands International AG related to automotive fuels in Australia until 31 December 2029 (Shell Brand License).

  • The commercial terms of the extended Shell Brand Licence remained the same as the existing agreement.
  • Mr Scott Wyatt- CEO (Viva) mentioned that the company holds history as the custodian of the Shell brand on retail automotive fuels and is proud to continue to do so.
  • The extension of the license is effective 1 January 2020.
