The shale oil and gas output in the United States is expected by the Energy Information Administration (or EIA) to witness a slight upward change further in February 2020 to reach record highs.

  • The United States shale oil production is projected by the organisation to surge by 22,000 barrels per day to stand at 9.2 million barrels a day in February.
  • While the United States shale gas output is forecasted by EIA to increase ~0.1 billion cubic feet per day to reach at the record level of 86.0 1 billion cubic feet a day.
