Threat Protect Acquires Security Monitoring Client Bases

Threat Protect Australia Limited (ASX: TPS) has acquired an additional two security client bases for $1.9 million. It is expected that the company’s recurring contracted monitoring revenue should increase by about $600,000 per annum, without adding additional operating costs.

·         The company has boosted its security monitoring client base in both Queensland and Western Australia through the purchase of two existing client bases serviced by resellers of the company’s monitoring business;

·         These client bases have a long history of service by the company and are mainly users of wireless technology.
