Schaffer Corporation Reports a 10% increase in HY net profit, revenue down by $13.7 Million

The automotive leather producer, Schaffer Corporation Ltd (ASX: SFC) in its HY20 results announced 10% increment in its Statutory net profit after tax compared to H1FY19. The company also declared a fully franked dividend of $0.45 per share.

The following are the key highlights of the HY20 results in relation to the previous corresponding period

  • Decrease in the revenue from continuing operations by ~13%;
  • EPS increased from 91.6 cents to 101.6 cents per share.
  • FY20 interim dividends increased by 50%.

The company also reported the increase in the net debt by $20 million that would be used for funding the investment of around $15.1 million.
