Scentre Group (ASX:SCG) has priced a US$1.5 billion debt issue in the US market. It comprises of:
- US$750 million 5.7-year fixed rate senior guaranteed notes with the coupon rate of 3.625%.
- Remaining US$750 million 10-year fixed rate senior guaranteed notes with the coupon rate of 4.375%.
The proceeds would support the company in repaying the prevailing indebtedness which includes borrowing under the Group’s revolving bank facilities.
