Retail Food Group Limited (ASX:RFG) earlier advised that ASIC had issued notices under section 30 of the ASIC Act related to an ASIC investigation of potential contraventions of the Corporations Act before 25 September 2018.
Now, the company has been informed ASIC that it has ended its investigation and would not take any enforcement action following its investigation against RFG. It also said that no inference should be drawn from ASIC’s decision and it might restart the investigation or commence enforcement action when situation changes.
At AEST 12:04 PM, RFG shares are trading at A$0.073, up 7.353%.
