OreCorp completes due diligence and acquires Edjudina Assets

OreCorp Limited (ASX: ORR), engaged in mineral exploration of gold and base metal projects in Tanzania, Western Australia and Mauritania, has announced to have completed its due diligence concerning the acquisition of Chalice’s interest in Jericho Projects (E39/1914, P39/5600, P39/5601) and Bunjarra Well (E39/1914) – collectively the Edjudina Assets, as per the agreement signed between OreCorp Holdings Pty Ltd (wholly-owned subsidiary) and CGM (WA) Pty Ltd (Chalice).

OreCorp has issued 468,809 ordinary shares to Chalice Gold Mines Limited in consideration for 95% beneficial interest in E39/1976 and E39/1914, and 100% beneficial interest in P39/5600 and P39/5601 as well as 100% legal ownership of the Edjudina Assets.
