Oilex Ltd, which is currently in the process of acquiring 27 Petroleum Retention Licenses (PRLs) in the Cooper-Eromanga Basins from Senex Energy Limited (ASX: SXY) and certain of its related entities, has extended the date for the satisfaction of the conditions of the acquisition by two months to 29 February 2019.
The extension will provide further time to finalise the negotiations and receive the applicable regulatory approvals.
