- As per the data, the nickel ore across the Chinese ports surged by 740,000 wet metric tonnes for the week ended 11 October 2019 against the previous corresponding period ended 27 September 2019.
- Nickel ore inventories stood at 13.11 million wet metric tonnes (as on 11 October 2019).
- The nickel ore across the seven significant Chinese ports climbed by 390,000 wet metric tonnes to stand at 10.48 million wet metric tonnes.
