Cotton processing and marketing company, Namoi Cotton Limited (ASX: NAM) has announced an organisational restructure, to be completed by CY2019, to allow for more flexibility and adaptability in the coming years as it trades through the climate cycles in the agricultural sector. The new organisational structure builds on Namoi’s strong foundations and-

  • Bring high focus and accountability in the delivery of services to growers and customers.
  • reduction in staffing levels impacting ~50 employees.
  • deliver annualised labour savings of over $ 4.5 million.
  • Cash flow impact of ~ $2.0 million to be incurred in FY20 ending 29 February 2020.
