Glencore Lifts Production Following Lady Loretta restart

World’s largest globally diversified natural resource, Glencore, achieved a 21% rise y-o-y in the Lead production to 213,300 tonnes backed by the restart of Lady Loretta operations, while the Glencore’s Australian Zinc production increased by 65,100 tonnes to 597,600 tonnes for the 2019 financial year.

2019 was first full operation year for Lady Loretta, which is located 110 kms from Mt Isa in Queensland.

The restart of the Lady Loretta zinc-lead mine in 2018, after the operations were suspended in 2015 has boosted the commodities production for Glencore.
