Australia based mineral exploration company, Great Southern Mining Limited (ASX:GSN) has entered an agreement with the Seller of the Cox’s Find Gold Project regarding the deferment of the payment of $800,000 cash, initially due for payment in August 2020, until August 2021.

To date, GSN has paid the Vendor $100,000 in cash as consideration with up to $20,000 being refundable to GSN on release of tenement bonds to the Seller.

GSN looks forward to undertaking its planned, aggressive exploration campaigns across the Cox’s Find, Mon Ami Gold projects and the Edinburgh Park Project, through the funding platform provided by the deferment along with recent $3.1 million capital raising.
