CSR Limited (ASX: CSR) has reported statutory NPAT of $68.8 million, up from $26.8 million in the pcp. This NPAT included impairment charges from the Viridian Glass Business which was sold on 31st January 2019.
- The EBIT from building product segment was down by 18% to $95.9 million due to slowdown in residential construction activity;
- In aluminium segment, EBIT increased by 10% to $25.4 million as input costs stabilized;
- The company declared an interim dividend of 10 cents per share, along with a special dividend of 4.0 cents per share, both were 50% franked.
At AEST 01:02PM, the stock was trading at $4.300 pe share, up by 3.865% from its previous close.
