Ale Property Increases Distributable Profit by Double Digit

ALE Property Group (ASX: LEP) has increased distributable profit to $15.6 million, up 11.5% and has decided dividend per share of 10.45 cents for the half year to 31 December 2019. Other key highlights:

  • The company reported NPAT of $20.5 million indicating an increase in property values and derivative liabilities;
  • Average adopted property yield remained unchanged at 5.09% and passing net rents increased by 0.8%;
  • None of the company’s properties have been damaged by the recent bushfires.

At AEST 12:47PM, the stock was trading at $5.600 per share, no change from previous close.
