Background screening and verification company, CV Check Limited (ASX: CV1) has announced the first of its kind platform integration with LinkedIn Talent Hub that would give customers the ability to streamline the hiring workflow by providing background check functionality within LinkedIn’s Talent Hub platform.
CVCheck LinkedIn Talent Hub Integration
The LinkedIn Talent Hub was launched in the United States last year in 2019, which is a combination of LinkedIn Recruiter and Jobs into a new applicant tracking system (ATS) platform and enables companies to source, manage and hire candidates, all in one place.
While, CVCheck’s Multi-check Technology Platform has a live environment with distributed, geo -redundant, scalable cloud infrastructure, containerized, serverless, micro -service architecture, Integrations, RESTful API, multi-product enabled, privacy and security by design and workflow automation with simple artificial Intelligence (AI).
This makes CVCheck the first local APAC background screening partner to be integrated into LinkedIn Talent Hub, which is the only ATS-built on the LinkedIn network and uses the skills, actions, and experience of around half a billion LinkedIn members to produce and deliver insights covering candidates, the talent pool and the market at every point of the process of hiring.
Commenting on this recent development, Katherine Tsay, Business Development at LinkedIn said, “Partnering with CVCheck helps businesses to further streamline the candidate hiring experience. With the CVCheck integration, companies in APAC can now run background checks in LinkedIn Talent Hub, saving companies time and creating great efficiencies”.
Rod Sherwood, CEO of CVCheck, also pleased with the collaboration remarked, “This integration is a major step forward for CVCheck. LinkedIn Talent Hub is built for companies below 1,000 employees, so this was a natural fit for both companies, as CVCheck focuses on growing its B2B customer base.
Mr Sherwood also explained the benefit of this integration to any of CVCheck’s customers who use LinkedIn Talent Hub, or to any new potential customers. The new integrated platform streamlines the recruitment process for small to medium businesses such that they can more easily complete their entire recruitment process, including verification checks, from one platform inlcuding signup/login, order and paying straight from the Talent Hub with no additional configurations required.
Furthermore, Mr Sherwood elaborated how the API integration is a clear demonstration of CVCheck’s platform scalability and IT development agility, in creating, in a relatively short span of time, a new API interface for supporting small businesses to ‘self-serve’ their candidate screening and verification process. CVCheck will also be included in LinkedIn Talent Hub marketplace, which promotes HR technology vendors that LinkedIn has partnered or integrated with.
This integration bolsters CVCheck’s leadership position in the background screening industry across Australia and New Zealand, its platform scalability and interoperability.
