Matthew O’Kane, with over 25 years of finance experience in the automotive, mining and commodities sectors, held senior executive roles in a range of private and public companies in Australia, Asia and USA. His expertise also incorporates his nine years in Asia where he gained a wealth of experience and contacts over a wide range of commodities including producing companies, exploration and development plays and commodities trading.
Mr O’Kane has experience in forecasting and analysis, long-range planning, external and internal financial reporting, corporate governance, internal control and productive negotiations.
Alex Molyneux- Non-executive Director

Alex Molyneux is extensively known for his vast amount of mining industry experience as he worked as an executive and financier in the metals and mining sector and currently is the CEO of Galena Mining Limited (ASX:G1A). Prior to Galena, he served as the CEO of Paladin Energy Ltd. (ASX:PDN)for three years and spent around five years with Ivanhoe Mines Group and Ivanhoe Energy.
Besides Galena, he serves on many company boards such as Metalla Royalty & Streaming Ltd. (TSX-V: MTA), Azarga Metals Corp. (TSX-V: AZR), Argosy Minerals Ltd. (ASX:AGY) and Tempus Resources Ltd. (ASX:TMR). As a specialist resources investment banker, he for around 10-years provided services related to investment banking to the companies invested in natural resources. He worked for Citigroup’s Asia Pacific division as Managing Director and Head of Metals and Mining Investment Banking before holding key director and executive roles in the mining sector

Mr Halliday’s professional experience is embellished by his role in Adamus Resources Limited, which he not only founded but also grew to a multi-million ounce emerging gold producer. He also co-founded two successful junior explorers which include Gryphon Minerals Limited and Venture Minerals Ltd.
Mr Halliday serves as a Director of Alicanto Minerals Ltd, Blackstone Minerals Ltd and Venture Minerals Ltd.
David Prentice- Non-executive Director
MBA (Deakin University)
With 25 plus years of international and domestic experience, Mr David Prentice is a senior resources executive. In his early career, he has worked with Australia’s most successful nickel and gold exploration and mining companies as he worked in business development and commercial roles within the resources sector.
While working with Australian publicly traded companies in both non-executive and executive director roles, he has gained production sector and international oil and gas exploration experience during the last 12 years. Besides being the non-executive director of Comet Resources, Black Mesa Production and LLC, he also serves as the Chairman of Lustrum Minerals Limited and Managing Director of Brookside Energy Limited.
