The company’s Board of Directors also include Ms Jenny Cutri who is a highly experienced Legal Practitioner, currently serving as Non-Executive Chairman at K2fly. She has over 20 years of experience working in both the private and public sectors. Previously, she served in various significant roles in large institutions like ASX and ASIC. She served as Assistant Manager, Listings Compliance at ASX for seven years and has also served as National Disclosure Supervisor, WA Compliance Manager and Senior Legal Officer with ASIC.

The company’s other Director, Mr James Deacon is a highly experienced individual with plenty of experience in working with a number of industries, including utilities, mining and airlines. Before joining K2fly Ltd, he has served in various senior level roles in Horizon Power, US Airways and the Department of Foreign Affairs in Washington and besides that, he has a proven track record of successful business transformation in IT services across various industries, including utilities, mining and airlines, making him an integral part of the company’s Board.

The company’s Board of Directors also includes Mr Neil Canby who has a BA (Hons) degree in Accounting and Financial Management. In his extensive experience, Mr Neil Canby held various senior-level positions in different types of industries, including energy and utilities Industry. Currently serving as a Non-Executive Director at K2fly, Mr. Neil Canby is making a significant value addition to K2fly’s Board.
