The partnership is particularly timely, coinciding with the Italian Grand Prix, where Franco Colapinto will make history as the first Argentine Formula 1 driver in over two decades. Globant’s long-standing support for Colapinto underscores its commitment to major sporting events.

In May 2024, Globant secured a multi-year agreement with Formula 1, extending through 2026, to deliver state-of-the-art IT infrastructure. This deal aims to elevate the digital experience for F1 teams and fans alike, reinforcing Globant's role in the technological evolution of sports.

Globant's involvement in notable sports organizations such as Formula 1, FIFA, and the LA Clippers highlights its expertise in enhancing fan interactions. This focus on creating immersive digital environments has solidified Globant’s position as a key player in the tech sector.

In July 2024, Globant’s strategic partnership with Amazon Web Services (AWS) will assist clients in utilizing the RISE with SAP solution for upgrading ERP systems and migrating to the cloud. This growth was largely driven by a 130% surge in AI-related sales in the first half of 2024.
